Require law against bullying

Rodemeyer Jamey Young suffered harassment at school and in social networks for being gay and was in therapy, with the support of their parents, before killing himself on Sunday outside his home in Williamsville, New York.
Gaga posted on Twitter that he was saddened by the suicide of the boy, who had complained in a video posted on the Internet, being harassed for their sexuality.
The singer tweeted his followers to 13.7 million plans to meet with Barack Obama to be decreed "a law Jamey."
"The bullying must be considered illegal. It is a hate crime. I'll meet with our President. Do not stop fighting, this must stop.
Our generation has the power to end it,''he said.
A Democratic official said Gaga wants to attend a fundraiser for Obama next week, but has not established a private meeting between the two.
Ricky also condemned the events in the social network and gave the main photo Jamey's face.
"This has to end now. How many lives have to lose to finally stop the harassment, hatred, bigotry, abuse? # MakeALawForJamey" he wrote.
Special Victims Unit of the Police Department of New York is investigating the circumstances under which death occurred in Rodemeyer, said Capt. Michael Camilleri.
New York has no law against harassment, but authorities have said that those who cause it could face charges of harassment and aggravated harassment.
